CIT COVID-19 Information

Information Regarding the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and United States Court of International Trade Operations

Thursday, April 2, 2020 The United States Court of International Trade is following recommended guidance regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), and in accordance with this guidance, to protect the well-being of the Bar, public and court employees, courthouse access will be temporarily restricted until further notice. The staff of the Office of the Clerk will continue to be available by telephone and email. The Court's CM/ECF system will continue to be operational during this time and unless otherwise ordered, all filing deadlines will remain in effect. Per Administrative Order 20-1, information on how attorneys can participate in, and how the public can listen to, court proceedings conducted by teleconference can be found on the Court’s “Upcoming Court Proceedings Accessible via Teleconference.” web page. Any filings that are permitted by the Rules of the Court to be made by mail or delivery should be addressed to: Office of the Clerk - Case Management U.S. Court of International Trade One Federal Plaza New York, NY 10278 Any filings that are permitted by the Rules of the Court to be made in person should be brought to the Court Security Officers at the courthouse. As access to the courthouse will be limited during this time, please know that there will be delays in processing documents that are mailed or delivered to the courthouse.
